Credit card overcharged: 

​Sometimes when the card reader detects multiple taps, it will charge a pre authorized amount of multiple transactions; or when there is a maximum authorised amount set on the card reader at the machine to match the highest value item, it will automatically charge a highest amount; however, they will only be a hold payment (posted transaction), and only the actual charge will go through as authorized transaction, which should be identical to the gas meter at the gas station.

Credit card, no product:

​Please know that our machines have sensors near the pickup door that can tell when the item has been dispensed. So it may show that it was pre authorized on your card for up to a week. But if the item didn’t dispense, then the charge should disappear off your card in the next 3-4 business days.
